If you are using PRIME CARD, please note the terms have been updated. It is now mandatory for Prime Card users to register their card and enter the exact name provided upon registration on Vivastreet payment page. In order for your card to work on Vivastreet, you will have to first register with your name and address here (at no charge). Please make sure you enter exactly the same details when using the card to make a payment on Vivastreet.
Please bare in mind that once your card has been registered, you can use it to make payments up to £300 per year. If you want to increase this limit then you need to upgrade the card (for free), although this process can take up to 5 business days. Please click here for more information.
